Shipping, Returns & Taxes
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Currently, we use and offer shipping services from USPS and UPS for our orders.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you would like to return an item that has been opened, a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from your return. Under both circumstances, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
If the return is the result of our error (e.g. we shipped the wrong item), we will provide you with a pre-paid return label to ship that item back. For any items that are not functioning, were received damaged, or stop functioning within 60 days of delivery, we will also provide you with a pre-paid return label. However, if you received an item that you are experiencing difficulties with, please allow us to try troubleshooting your issue to before we move forward with a return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

MintCell collects sales taxes for sales delivered or sourced in Texas only.
Sales delivered or sourced to Washington: Sales or use tax is due on certain purchases delivered or sourced to Washington. Washington requires you to file a use tax return when sales tax is not paid at the time of purchase. This message is required under the Revised Code of Washington 82.13.020(2)(a)(i). MintCell is not required to, and does not, collect Washington sales or use tax. Under Washington law, purchases are not tax-exempt merely because a seller is not required to collect Washington’s tax. Washington law requires Washington purchasers to review untaxed purchases and, if any tax is owed, file a Washington use tax return and pay any tax due.
